By downloading, installing, or using Nomadly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Nomadly ("we," "us," or "our").
Nomadly is a mobile application that allows users to:
You may create an account using an email address and password, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
By submitting places, check-ins, reviews, ratings, photos, or any other content ("User Content") to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content within the App and its services.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. Do not submit false, misleading, or fabricated location information.
You agree not to submit content that:
We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason.
The App aggregates location data from third-party sources including iOverlander and Recreation.gov, in addition to community-contributed data. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any place data, regardless of source. Always exercise independent judgment when visiting any location.
The App requires access to your device's GPS and location services to function. See our Privacy Policy for details on how location data is collected and used.
The App may offer optional in-app donations to support development. All payments are processed by Stripe. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
